I recently employed Darek to gut a large house, construct a contemporary ground floor extension to the building, create a loft extension and re-roof the property. We came to DM Contract Solutions after we had a terrible experience with an apparently reputable local building firm, recommended by our architects, who were building a kitchen extension & annexe building to our Victorian family house. After many months of frustration, poor workmanship and delays we had to fire the builders and we successfully took them to arbitration.
